TON Foundation CX Automation Platform
Hands-on architect and owner of the production AI system powering CX automation across developer, partner, and end-user Telegram channels for TON Foundation, serving 1M+ active users. Built custom middleware bridging Telegram Bot API with Google Conversational Agents and Dialogflow CX for intent mapping, session management, and intelligent routing. Owns the full GCP stack: Cloud Run for deployment, BigQuery for high-concurrency analytics, and Firestore for real-time state. Delivered a live analytics dashboard tracking resolution rates, intent coverage, and automation ROI — driving a 70%+ automation rate with 95%+ accuracy and 80%+ CSAT.

As founding CTO, built a cofounder-matching platform where profiles reflect founders more richly than a form driven by the mission of connecting the right people with the right minds, making Hivin a catalyst for innovation. Designed the full architecture and own the technical roadmap end to end.

Led hands-on development of a talent discovery platform that cut recruiter workload by ~50%. Built agentic pipelines that surface and rank candidates automatically, and managed the cross-functional team delivering it.

Unified 20+ payment providers behind a single API layer at Paymob, dramatically cutting merchant integration time. Designed the adapter architecture and led backend delivery across UAE, KSA, Oman, and Pakistan.
